Late Cancellation Fee:
A late cancellation fee of $50 plus HST will be applied if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. This policy respects the time and preparation our independent contractors invest in your appointment, including any product orders made specifically for your treatment. The 48-hour notice period also allows us to accommodate another patient in your place, ensuring that our clinic operates efficiently and fairly for all clients.
We do not offer refunds for any services or products purchased. However, if you are unable to proceed with a scheduled treatment, we are happy to provide store credit with no expiry date. This credit can be used for any future services or products at Correct Clinic, allowing you the flexibility to choose when to redeem it.
